National Youth Alpine Championships 2007 - Nalovardo

Nalovardo Ski Centre, Sorsele, hosted the National Youth Alpine Championships in down-hill skiing 18-24 March 2007. Thanks to a successful co-operation for the organization between Vännäs and Sorsele Alpine Clubs, the championships were much appreciated. 

In particular, the opening of the Championships 18 March was a memorable event. Carola and Kristina set a magic atmosphere by singning a genuine "jojk" (Sami song) and the "Frostälvorna" (the Frost fairies) made a nice dance performance under a clear open sky and a warming sun.
